A Unique Playgroup For Dogs
We are your local puppy playgroup, serving the Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Westlake, Trophy Club, and Roanoke area.
Playgroup is more than a dog daycare. We work hard to integrate the dogs into the off-leash environment and use toys and treats to encourage purely positive, obedience guidelines.
We offer a safe place for your dog to exercise, socialise, and come home tired and happy. With Playtime Wags uploaded daily, you get full access to your pups play progress.
Think of it this way: It is basically all of the hype of recess with Playgroup Pups and Critter Carers playing and interacting in such a fluid way, the learning and training are cleverly disguised in and amongst all the fun! As a Pet Parent, you actually get the privilege of catching the action everyday with our daily uploaded videos through our online client portal.
The Best Part? We provide 100% complimentary Pick-Up and Drop-off services to all of our Campers. You don’t even have to leave your own home.

Transportation.
We have 6 doggy buses with full A/C ventilation from front to back as well as kitted with the latest and safest doggy transportation gear. We are cautious not to have dogs on the bus for longer than three quarters of a hour to ensure maximum playtime.

Small Groups. Big Space.
We have both large outdoor and indoor facilities with our trainer dog ratio no higher than 1:6. The 6 outdoor runs are all equipped with their own cooling fan misting system, artificially turfed, and covered with a 12’ tall steel shelters so we can play outside all year round.

I started Southlake CritterCare with a passion for dogs and a devotion to enriching their lives in the community. So here we are over 6 years later with an exceptional team who shares the same vision and extraordinary support from the local community and clients around us!
